Sebastiano Reitano

Sebastiano Reitano is a Junior Consultant with an interdisciplinary background in European governance and public affairs research. Having studied and worked in five countries, he is accustomed to analysing policy debates from different perspectives. He holds a double-degree Master of Science in European Governance from University College Dublin and Utrecht University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in European Studies from Maastricht University.
Previous Experiences
Before joining Time&Place, Sebastiano worked at the Netherlands Space Agency in The Hague. There, he researched and analysed the implementation of Destination Earth's digital twin at both the European and national levels, supporting the relevant Dutch delegate. He also contributed to the expansion of the euandi Voting Advice Application ahead of the 2024 European elections for the European University Institute.
His academic work has focused on the twin transition and public sector innovation, with a particular interest in industrial policy and market regulation. He is trained in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
At Time&Place
Sebastiano joined Time&Place Group in September 2026. He supports the team on policy monitoring, stakeholder mapping and the preparation of briefing material for client meetings, with a focus on e-mobility charging and security sectors
Sebastiano speaks Italian and English and is currently improving his German and French.
