The Role
As an Advocacy & Communication Intern at Time&Place Consulting, you will have the opportunity to dive into exciting projects that shape the future of global policies. Working closely with our team of experts, you will contribute to research, policy monitoring, social media and advocacy work. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make meaningful contributions to projects with real-world impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the management of client platforms (e.g. association bodies), with a view to providing positioning to the EU institutions.
- Monitoring & Analysis - stakeholder activities as well as policy and legislative developments and funding opportunities relevant to our clients, with a view to providing impact assessments.
- Assisting with the drafting of reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Collecting and analysing information, documentation, and data, and supporting the drafting of clear and catchy summary reports for clients.
- Assisting in creating and scheduling engaging content (text, images, etc.) for various social media platforms.
- Monitoring and maintaining social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Helping manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting.
- Supporting the organisation of events and other networking initiatives.
- Further activities dependent on skills, interests and performance will regularly be considered.
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g., political science, international relations, economics, law).
- Passion for politics, European affairs, geopolitics and public policy.
- Strong analytical and research skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Command of MS Office.
- Language skills: Fluent English (mandatory, both written and oral). Good knowledge of German, Portuguese, French, Dutch, and other languages is a strong advantage.
- Experience in social media and project management is an advantage.
